Please review prior to meeting. A request for questions/corrections/additions regarding the Financial Reports will be made by the Chair at the 2025 AMM.

Vote of Approval and Acceptance of the 2025 (UCOT) Financial Statements (attached) Resolution
Whereas; Be it resolved that we, the Members of UCOT, approve and accept the 2025 (UCOT) Board Approved Financial Statements and Notice to Reader
*Discussion and vote by Extraordinary Resolution regarding choosing a (UCOT) 2026 Financial Engagement Review instead of an Audit, as per compliance with ONCA (Ontario Not for Profit Charity Act)
Extraordinary Resolution for 2026 Financial Review Engagement
Whereas; Be it resolved that we, the UCOT Members, approve to waive a full financial Audit and accept this ‘Extraordinary Resolution’ for a 2026 Financial Review Engagement instead, as in compliance with ONCA.
*Discussion, Nomination and Vote to appoint a Chartered Accountant. Please note that the UCOT Members may choose any Chartered Accountant to perform their choice of Financial review i.e. Audit or Financial Review Engagement. The Board’s recommendation is Mr. John M. (Chartered Accountant) to perform the (UCOT) 2026 Review Engagement Resolution.
Appointment of Chartered Accountant to perform 2026 Year-end Financial Statements
Whereas; Be it resolved that we, the Members of (UCOT), appoint Mr. John M., C.A. (Chartered Accountant) to perform the 2026 (UCOT) Financial Review Engagement as in compliance with ONCA.
Confidentiality of Financial Statements
Whereas; Be it resolved that we, the Members of (UCOT), approve Confidentiality regarding current and future Financial Statements and Notice to Reader as per the contract with our Chartered Accountant.
Renewal of Church Office Lease
Whereas; Be it resolved that we, the Members of (UCOT) approve the renewal of the sub-lease through sub-landlord located at 801 York Mills Rd. North York, ON M3B 1X7
