“Ego, Egotism and God”
“Egotism is a common, but unhealthy state of mind and heart. Egotism is about comparisons, such as seeing oneself as the smartest, the wealthiest, the best etc. It is a form of self-pride. At times, we are very tempted to think that we know it all, but this will always lead to short-comings and suffering. In Sunday’s Lesson, Rev. Sherman will address “Ego, Egotism and God towards breaking the chain of feeling prideful.”
