A Bit about Paul:

Paul has been a member of Unity Church of Truth for over 11 years and values its rich teachings, which he says, has deepened his life greatly.

Paul believes in practicing and living Spiritual wholeness, which to him is a balance of both the ‘human’ and the ‘Spiritual Being’ realms.   He believes that, in order to discover this wholeness, let alone have a balance in one’s life,

one must practice ‘Awareness’.

Over the years, Paul has become fascinated with what he calls, ‘Awareness’, which to him, is a place found within oneself called the Divine Presence – basically the spiritual ‘Being’ part of the human being.

One might ask Paul,

“What is this Sacred Place inside of ourselves?

And, where is it exactly?”

 Or,

“How can rooting oneself in such an Inner Presence,

bring one a refreshing and simple fullness of life?”

And, Why is the opposite true?

Paul has discovered that living life without ‘Awareness’ is to experience life to be shallow, boring, complicated and stressful.

Paul has taught meditation in person and online since 2016 and hopes to publish a book next year on ‘Awareness’.
