But in order to discover this, let alone have a balance, one must practice Awareness.

“Becoming AWARE, and accepting who you truly Are“

Ever since he was young, he has been fascinated with Awareness, which to him is joined at the hip with Source, Sacred and Divine.

There is a wonderful Place inside of us…our true Self. It is of a higher Power or Source or Truth. It is Home.

However, we often run, and rerun stories about ourselves. Scary unquestioned old scripts relating to pain, lack, worth and security.

When we run these, a part of us closes down and we abandon our higher, precious Self.  We suffer as a result.  What is worse…we identify with these stories as “us”, and thus are more hesitant to let go of them, even up despite suffering and misery.

What happens then?  Well,,,we double down, and run more of our stories again for more relief.  And we live that way!

AWARE is a simple 5 Step practice to reverse this. Rather than close down and abandon your precious Presence…learn to open up and accept.

 Practicing AWARE can help you learn to let go, open and realign with your higher Power, Self or God. And truly receive Inner Freedom, Richness, Fullness and Security.
